I. Warranty Period

The product is covered by a one-year warranty starting from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, we will provide free repair services for any malfunction or damage caused by product quality issues.

II. Warranty Coverage

This warranty policy applies to malfunctions or damages resulting from manufacturing defects, material flaws, or poor workmanship under normal use conditions.

The following circumstances are NOT covered under warranty:

1. Malfunctions or damages caused by human error, misuse, improper operation, or improper storage;

2. Malfunctions or damages caused by natural disasters, accidents, or force majeure;

3. Products that are expired, beyond the warranty period, or have been modified or repaired by unauthorized parties.
